Example:
1st Month Sales Executive sells:
Total for the first month = $4462
Second month sells the same....$4462 + $280 residuals = $4742
Third month sells the same...$4462 + $560 residuals = $5022
.....After one year with only 10 new hosting accounts per month and 1 Premium sponsorship per month you will be earning approximately $3360 per month in residuals alone! Imagine if you sell 50 hosting accounts per month to meet the goal of 500 per year! Once a Sales Executive sells 500 hosting accounts, you become vested for life, meaning you would continue to earn a residual income on all of your hosting accounts for as long as they continue to host their website with us, even if you no longer work with us. And at an average of $8/m commission per account, you could be earning a residual of $4000/m on hosting residuals alone!
And remember that most of our services go hand in hand so if you sell one, such as hosting, chances are good that you can sell another, such as web design, marketing or FloridaSmart bold listings.
What Advancement Opportunities are Available? FloridaSmart is filling positions for Regional Sales Managers. If you have strong leadership and management skills, contact us to find out if you qualify for a management position. Successful Sales Executives are also considered for these positions.
Regional Sales Managers are responsible for hiring, training and managing a team of Sales Executives. Regions are limited to 67 for each county in Florida, they are exclusive to one manager per county so the only the most qualified are chosen. You may also apply for more than one county.
There is no initial cost and marketing materials are available online.
What is the commission structure for Managers? All managers earn 10% for each sale their sales team makes. Paying bonuses and offering incentives to your sales team from your earnings is at your discretion.
Example/Scenario:*
Sales Manager (SM) has 10 sales people meeting the quota's
listed in the above example for sales executives...SM's commission = $1580 per salesperson x 10 sales people = $15,800/m.
In addition, SM's salespeople have 200 current hosting accounts and 5
premium sponsorships adding a residual income of $650, plus SM has another
50 hosting accounts from Sales Executives who have left the company adding
another $500. Total for the month = $16,950.
SM's expenses for the month included:
$500 in miscellaneous expenses, $1000 paid to the top sales executive this
month, $300 bonus paid to two Sales Executives who exceeded their quota,
and $400 for weekly meetings. Total expenses = $2500. So SM's net for the
month = $14,450.

number's used in this example are purely fictional and should not be used
as a projection of actual or expected earnings. Actual earnings will be
based on the SM's ability to hire, train and manage the Sales Executives
and/or their own accounts.
