Take Your Pick of Courses

Walt Disney World Golf offers generously wide fairways upon all of their courses, all located within Lake Buena Vista, Florida, just south of the Orlando Metro. Three PGA Tour Championship golf courses are available for play: Disney’s Magnolia, Disney’s Palm, and Disney’s Lake Buena Vista golf courses. They all have 419 Bermuda grass in all fairways, tees, and roughs. Disney’s Lake Buena Vista, Disney’s Palm, and Disney’s Magnolia courses have Tif-Eagle Bermuda grass Greens. Each course plays to a par of 72. Each course also has 4 teeing grounds to accommodate for all player levels.

For the Family

Have kids or just feel like being one for a while? Try Disney’s Oak Trail for novices and younger golfers, with junior rentals offered complimentary and rates about 50% off the adult green fees. They have a 9-hole course with a par of 36 with Paspalum Greens.

If Mini Golf is your game then check-out Winter Summerland or Fantasia Gardens with 4 courses to choose from.

Want to play a new kind of golf? Try your foot at FootGolf at Disney’s Oak Trail.

Disney’s Helping Hands

At these public resort courses, you can be treated to two pros shops with a line of Disney golf merchandise with a choice of Disney’s main characters. Didn’t bring your clubs? Rent a set at the pro shop for both men and women, and try out the newest equipment from TaylorMade Golf, they are always fresh and fabulous with annual rotation.

Thirsty? Stop the roaming refreshment carts, or stop by one of the restaurants for a bite pre- or post-game.

Need a lesson? You can get help from one of the PGA Professionals led by Michael Schlager, PGA for a 1-hour session or try a golf school. During the right season enroll your child in a Junior Golf Camp.

So you don’t want to play a round, and you know everything, but need a little practice? Visit one of three Driving Ranges, or one of three putting greens, each found at the 18-hole championships golf courses.
