Transportation in Florida

There are more transportation options in Florida then most are aware of. Florida includes Interstate Highways, U.S. Highways, State Highways, Amtrak, Commuter Rail Services, Airports, Ports, and other public transportation options. Florida Department of Transportation maintains the majority of Florida's interstates, U.S. and state highways. Amtrak service runs through Florida with over 25 stops throughout the state. These stations offer connecting services including the Sunrail in Central Florida, the Tri-Rail in South Florida, and motor coach and bus systems.
