Retail therapy is the best kind of therapy, that is if you know where to shop. Luckily, if you’re in Florida there are plenty of great cities that are perfect for shopping. There are, however, two cities that are true leaders when it comes to shopping; Miami and Orlando. Both offer amazing stores with a variety of styles and prices. But if you’re looking for the big-time places keep on reading!

Miami

Miami, filled with gorgeous beaches, never-ending night life, and incomparable food, also offers awesome shopping options. Miami is my hometown so maybe I’m a little biased, but I find the shopping to be the best! There’s so many options for styles, prices, and occasions.

Dolphin Mall

Dolphin Mall is a huge tourist attraction because it’s an outlet mall. If you want to avoid a crowded mall try going early on a week day. There are over 200 stores to choose from, amazing restaurants, and even entertainment. But let’s focus on the stores! You can shop for luxury shoes at Steve Madden, sparkling jewelry at Swarovski, or a cute outfit at a huge Forever 21.

Bayside Market Place

If you’re looking to shop outdoors while being able to enjoy a beach view, then you need to go to Bayside Market Place. Filled with fun-colored stores, delicious food options, a wide-range option of drinks, and even boat rentals – it’s always a great time! They have popular stores like Gap, Bath & Body Works, Guess, and so much more. You can even find a few Miami-themed stores if you’re looking to purchase souvenirs.

The Shops at Merrick Park

Whenever you’re feeling fancy and want to walk among high-rollers head over to The Shops at Merrick Park. Located in Coral Gables, you’re going to find luxury everything! Sports cars, mansions, and expensive restaurants surround the shops. The bright side? The shops are outdoors and they have affordable store options! You can shop at places like Victoria Secret, Sephora, Kate Spade, and even yummy chocolate at Godiva.

Orlando

There’s no better place to go to if you’re looking for some budget friendly shopping. Orlando has an enormous amount of outlet stores making it easy to update your wardrobe. However, there’s also a huge mall that makes you feel lavish.

The Mall at Millenia

This is a huge luxury mall that takes your breath away when you first visit. There are over 100 stores and some even have up to three floors! You can find stores such as Tiffany & Co., Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, H&M, and so much more. This is a place where you can dress-up and enjoy a fun shopping day!

Premium Outlets

This is definitely my favorite and go-to shopping place. The outlets in Orlando offer so many great options for anything you’re looking for and for a great price. The downside? I really don’t think there’s ever a time where it isn’t crowded but it’s still very much worth it. To alleviate the stress of finding parking, I’ve found that paying the $15 valet parking is totally worth it. Get your car parked and enjoy discounted Nike shoes, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Adidas, Forever 21, Coach, Disney Store, Prada, Vans, and so much more!
