With a retro style Vegas food truck design husband and wife duo, Michael and Kellie Rice, have been baking deliciously cheesy extra large pizzas in their food truck pizza oven for the last five years. They both come from corporate backgrounds, but the inspiration for Mother Truckin Pizza came from a desire to follow their son when he enters college to play football. They also wanted to create a pizza that separates their recipe from others.
Starting with an extra large 18 inch dough, the jumbo slices make 1/6th of the pizza pie. Their unique recipe offers a flavorful pizza by cooking the toppings within the cheese as well as on top. According to Kellie, their best sellers are Mike's Big Meat pizza and the buffalo chicken pizza. They enjoy seeing and serving regulars and meeting new customers.
