From the ground up.
Adam Kantrovitz, CEO of Rawk Star Café, shared with me the story of how Rawk Star Café became what it is today. Adam K. was a graduate with a background in hotel and restaurant management and Karen Di Gloria was an oncology nurse in Boston, Massachusetts. They came together to open RSC in the Florida Tampa Bay area. Karen is a certified Raw Nutritionist and certified Whole Life Coach, and with her and Adam’s expertise, they managed to create an exciting and healthy new way to consume for their customers.
What makes Rawk Star Café different?
Aside from the cool name, RSC has many things that make them different from other competitors. RSC is 100% organic and plant-based, everything is made in-house, the recipes were created by the owners and most importantly, they don’t ever compromise the quality of their amazing food. The owners are also currently working on integrating classes to teach people how to prepare plant-based, raw meals and the benefits of a vegan, organic diet.
What they’ve achieved.
They have successfully helped several people achieve their ideal and weight and regain control of their health. They've also given people a positive environment where they can go to eat, learn, and meet other like-minded individuals, and supplid people with healthy and delicious food options – quickly and organically.
