The Sanctum, a place where vegans and non-vegan friends can come together and enjoy delicious foods. The Sanctum has become a popular spot among the crowd, serving everything from breakfast avocado toast to polenta cakes. And if you’re looking for a trendy spot on Sunday for brunch, you’re in luck! Sundays they only serve brunch and their hours are 9am – 4pm.
From the start, The Sanctum was created around the idea of health. Chelsie Savage, owner, is a nutrition coach who worked with clients helping them on their journey to health. She, however, noticed that her clients simply were not benefiting from the foods they were eating. Chelsie decided to begin a cooking class to educate her clients on proper nutrition. Her clients were so in awe about her food that they begged her to open a place where they could purchase meals from her. Chelsie along with her husband Jamie Savage, began to research the upkeeping of a restaurant and ta-da! The Sanctum was born.
Why The Sanctum Isn’t Like Everywhere Else
Not only do they offer both vegan and non-vegan food options, they are proud to use the freshest ingredients possible. The integrity of their ingredients and the flavor profiles they offer is what makes The Sanctum stand out from the crowd. Jamie Savage, owner, says he notices customers appreciate that when they leave The Sanctum, they are full but not stuffed, they’re satisfied and ready to get their day going all while having enjoyed delicious and nutritious food. The response from the community has been overwhelmingly positive and they are happy to be opening a new location very soon! We can even expect to see a few sister companies in the future with the same integrity of ingredients but with unique qualities and characteristics each their own - So exciting!
