Dozens of Annual film festivals take place in Florida each year. You can find film festivals in every corner of the state. Some festivals highlight local talent or the best that international independent filmmakers have to offer, while others highlight films around a certain group of filmmakers such as LGBT, women, Latino, or Jewish talent.

The American Black Film Festival (ABFF) is an annual event held each year in June in Miami, Florida.
