Mount Plymouth is a town in Lake County, Florida. Mount Plymouth was home to the Historic Mount Plymouth Hotel, built in 1926. The hotel had many famous guests such as Al Capone, Connie Mack and Babe Ruth. Due to its national recognition for housing the rich and famous, the Plymouth Hotel become a center of activity in Mount Plymouth up until its closure. Though the Plymouth Hotel is ran its course, that didn’t stop Mount Plymouth from creating other outlets of activity. The town is full of eclectic restaurants, lively bars and colorful shopping centers for all to enjoy.
