Pasadena Hills, Florida

Pasadena Hills Area is designed to accommodate the same type of explosive growth the community witnessed to its south. In 2005, County Commissioner Ted Schrader and landowners planted the seeds for the Villages of Pasadena Hills. The Pasco County Commission unanimously voted down a bid to transform 1,200 acres of orange groves near Handcart Road into a three-home-per-acre development. It was then that property owners, other stakeholders, and Pasco County formed a partnership to carefully control the growth that is undoubtedly on its way.
